This is my first time trying a nasal spray for allergies, and I'm actually impressed! I wasn't sure what to expect, but it really helped clear up my stuffy nose. I just wish the bottle was a little bigger.

I used to use a different saline spray, but this one is much gentler. The mist is finer, and it doesn't sting my nose like the other one did.

Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear nasal passages. 2. Remove the protective cap. 3. Hold the bottle upright. 4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Press the pump firmly and briefly while inhaling gently through your nose. 6. Repeat in the other nostril. 7. Clean the nozzle with warm water after each use and replace the cap.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed to relieve nasal allergy symptoms. Generally, this can be 1-2 sprays in each nostril, up to 6 times per day. Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen.
