5 stars supplier! Fast dispatch, well packed, fairly priced. It is the third time I am using this supplier. Before I used other suppliers, however, event including delivery to the Ireland, it is still the best offer in the market.

Didn't need customer service which is the best sort! The website was easy to use and everything went as predicted. This was my first order but I would use Pharmacy Club again.

Customer service kept me informed. Delivery obviously takes a little longer from EU but very pleased with service and outcome. Would use Pharmacy Club again

How to use
Product features:
- Intimate Care: Tampons
Product Reference: #164240
How to Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. 2. Remove the Tampax Compak tampon from its wrapper. Hold the tampon firmly by the outer tube. 3. Pull the inner tube until you hear a click, ensuring the tampon is fully extended. 4. Grip the tampon applicator at the finger grips. 5. Find a comfortable position: either standing with one leg raised, sitting on the toilet with your knees apart, or squatting. 6. Gently insert the tampon into your vagina, angling it upwards and backwards towards your lower back. 7. Push the inner tube completely into the outer tube until both tubes are fully compressed. 8. Carefully remove both plastic tubes, leaving the tampon and string inside. 9. Dispose of the applicator in a waste bin (do not flush). 10. Wash your hands again.
Recommended Frequency: Change your Tampax Compak tampon every 4-8 hours, or more often if needed, depending on your flow. Never leave a tampon in for longer than 8 hours.
Additional Tips: Always use the lowest absorbency tampon that meets your needs. If the tampon is difficult to remove, it may not be fully saturated, indicating you should use a lower absorbency. To remove the tampon, gently pull on the string. If you experience any discomfort or unusual symptoms, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Store in a cool, dry place.
