Directions for Use:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Unwrap the tampon and locate the string. 3. Get into a comfortable position, such as sitting on the toilet or squatting. 4. With one hand, hold the outer tube of the applicator at the grip lines. With the other hand, gently pull the inner tube out until it clicks into place. 5. Carefully insert the applicator into the vagina, aiming slightly towards the lower back. 6. Push the inner tube all the way in with your index finger until the grip lines of the inner and outer tubes meet. 7. Gently remove the applicator. The string should be hanging outside the vagina. 8. Wash your hands again.
Recommended Frequency:
Change your tampon every 4-8 hours. Do not use a tampon for longer than 8 hours.
Additional Tips:
Use the lowest absorbency needed for your flow. Tampax Pearl Super is designed for heavy flow days. If you are unsure which absorbency to use, start with Regular and increase if needed. If you experience leakage, try a higher absorbency. Change your tampon regularly, even if it doesn't seem full. If you have any discomfort or difficulty removing your tampon, consult a healthcare professional. For the first few times you use tampons, you may want to use a backup pad for extra protection. Dispose of used tampons in a wrapped sanitary disposal unit. Do not flush tampons down the toilet.
