5 stars supplier! Fast dispatch, well packed, fairly priced. It is the third time I am using this supplier. Before I used other suppliers, however, event including delivery to the Ireland, it is still the best offer in the market.

Didn't need customer service which is the best sort! The website was easy to use and everything went as predicted. This was my first order but I would use Pharmacy Club again.

Customer service kept me informed. Delivery obviously takes a little longer from EU but very pleased with service and outcome. Would use Pharmacy Club again

Product Reference: #303860
How to use:
1. Sterilization: Before first use and at the beginning of each cycle, sterilize both menstrual cups and the applicator in boiling water for 3-5 minutes using the Enna Box. Ensure they are fully submerged and do not touch the bottom or sides of the pot.
2. Washing your hands: Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
3. Folding: Fold the menstrual cup (start with the Size S Short cup) into a C-fold, 7-fold, or punch-down fold. Experiment to find the fold that works best for you.
4. Insertion (with or without applicator):
a. Without applicator: Relax your pelvic muscles, hold the folded cup firmly, and gently insert it into your vagina aiming towards your tailbone. Once inside, rotate the cup slightly to ensure it opens fully and creates a seal.
b. With applicator: Place the folded cup inside the applicator. Relax your pelvic muscles and insert the applicator into your vagina. Push the plunger to release the cup. Rotate the cup slightly to ensure it opens and forms a seal.
5. Removal: Wash your hands thoroughly. Locate the stem of the cup. Gently pinch the base of the cup to break the seal. Slowly pull the cup out, keeping it upright to avoid spills.
6. Emptying and Cleaning: Empty the contents of the cup into the toilet. Rinse the cup thoroughly with clean water and wash with a mild, unscented soap. Ensure all soap residue is removed.
7. Transition to Size S: Once comfortable with the Size S Short cup, transition to the regular Size S cup following the same steps.
Recommended frequency: The Enna Cycle menstrual cup can be worn for up to 12 hours at a time, depending on your flow. Empty and clean the cup at least twice a day.
Additional tips:
1. Lubrication: If you experience difficulty inserting or removing the cup, use the Enna Intimate Moisturizing Gel. Apply a small amount to the rim of the cup.
2. Practice: It may take a few cycles to get used to using a menstrual cup. Be patient and persistent.
3. Trim the stem: If the stem of the cup is uncomfortable, you can trim it slightly. Be careful not to cut too much.
4. Storage: Store the clean and dry menstrual cups in the Enna Box until your next cycle.
Warnings: This product is not a contraceptive and does not protect against sexually transmitted infections. Always wash your hands thoroughly before insertion and removal of the menstrual cup. Ensure the cup is sterilized before its first use and between cycles. Do not use the menstrual cup if you
