I was using disposable menstrual discs before, and honestly, I was a bit nervous about switching to a cup. The insertion was surprisingly easy after watching a couple of videos. The removal takes a little practice, but now it's second nature. I feel so much better about the environmental impact, and it's way more comfortable than I expected. How to use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Fold the Enna Cycle menstrual cup using your preferred folding method (C-fold, punch-down fold, 7-fold, etc.). 3. Once the cup is fully inside, rotate it slightly to ensure it opens and creates a seal against the vaginal walls. 5. To remove, wash your hands, locate the stem of the cup, and gently pull downwards while pinching the base of the cup to break the seal. 7. Empty the contents into the toilet, rinse the cup with clean water, and reinsert. 8. Sterilize the cup after each cycle using the provided sterilizing box. Follow the sterilizer instructions for proper use.
