How to use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Sterilize the menstrual cup by boiling it in water for 3-5 minutes or using the provided sterilizing box. 3. Fold the cup (C-fold, punch-down fold, or 7-fold are recommended). 4. Relax your pelvic floor muscles. 5. Insert the folded cup into the vagina, angled towards your tailbone. 6. Once inside, rotate the cup slightly to ensure it opens fully and creates a seal. 7. To remove, wash your hands. 8. Locate the base of the cup. 9. Pinch the base to break the seal. 10. Gently pull the cup down and out. 11. Empty the contents into the toilet. 12. Rinse the cup with water and reinsert, or wash with a mild, unscented soap if it's the end of your cycle.
Recommended frequency: The Enna Cycle Menstrual Cup can be worn for up to 12 hours. Empty and rinse the cup at least twice a day. Sterilize the cup before and after each cycle.
