I'm a big fan of Enna, already use their intimate wash, and this cup is just as good. The material feels really comfortable, not like some others I've tried. How do I use the product?

How to use:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Choose your preferred folding method for the Enna Cycle Menstrual Cup. Common folds include the C-fold, punch-down fold, or 7-fold.
3. Place the folded cup onto the applicator in the designated area.
4. Relax your pelvic floor muscles.
5. Gently insert the applicator into your vagina up to the finger grip markings.
6. Push the plunger of the applicator to release the cup inside.
7. Carefully remove the applicator.
8. Rotate the cup slightly or run a finger around the rim to ensure it has fully opened and created a seal.
9. You should not feel the cup once it is inserted correctly.
Recommended frequency:
The Enna Cycle Menstrual Cup can be worn for up to 12 hours. Empty and rinse the cup at least twice a day, or more frequently depending on your flow.
