Directions for Use:

Shape the earplug into a small ball. 5. Gently place the rolled earplug over the entrance to your ear canal. 6. Flatten and seal the earplug against the outer ear, ensuring a snug fit, but not pushing it deep into the ear canal. 7. Do not insert the earplug into the ear canal. It should create a seal over the opening. 8. Repeat steps 2-7 for the other ear.

Recommended Frequency:

Use as needed when swimming, bathing, showering, or exposed to loud noises, while studying, or for sleeping. Discard after each use.
