How to use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after each use. 2. Gently insert the OtoFresh stick into the outer ear canal. Do not insert the stick beyond the silicone protective cap.
3. Rotate the stick gently a few times to remove excess earwax. 4. Remove the stick and discard. 5. Repeat the process for the other ear with a new stick.
Recommended frequency: Use 1-2 times a week as needed to maintain ear hygiene. Do not overuse.
