Directions for Use:
1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Remove one earplug from the packaging. 3. Roll the earplug between your clean, dry fingers to soften and warm the silicone. 4. Shape the earplug into a small ball. 5. Gently place the rolled earplug over the entrance to your ear canal. 6. Flatten and seal the earplug against the outer ear, ensuring a snug fit, but not pushing it deep into the ear canal. 7. Do not insert the earplug into the ear canal. It should create a seal over the opening. 8. Repeat steps 2-7 for the other ear.
Recommended Frequency:
Use as needed when swimming, bathing, showering, or exposed to loud noises, while studying, or for sleeping. Discard after each use.
