Triptomax by Esteve is a food supplement with tryptophan, magnesium, vitamins and iron that is available in pharmacies and drugstores. Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that helps our body produce serotonin. The human body uses tryptophan to achieve optimal levels of serotinin, a neurotransmitter important to the body due to its modulating effect on a considerable number of functions, including mood regulation. It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day, preferably before breakfast or before one of the main meals. If you prefer, the tablets can be taken separately, one before breakfast and the other before one of the main meals. This guideline can be followed continuously with 4-week rest periods every 3 months of administration. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age.

Directions for Use: 1. Take two tablets daily. 2. Preferably take both tablets before breakfast.
Alternatively, take one tablet before breakfast and the other before another main meal.


Recommended Frequency: Take Triptomax continuously for three months, followed by a four-week break. Repeat this cycle as needed.

Ingredients: Tryptophan, excipients (such as lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium). WARNINGS: This product contains tryptophan, a precursor to serotonin. Do not use with MAO inhibitors, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), or other serotonergic medications, as this may lead to serotonin syndrome. Consult with a healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a pre-existing medical condition. May cause drowsiness; avoid operating machinery or driving after taking. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if adverse reactions occur. Keep out of reach of children.
