Directions for Use:
1. For general use to reduce the feeling of jet lag: Take one (1) tablet shortly before going to bed on the evening of your travel day.
2. For jet lag after arrival: Continue taking one (1) tablet each evening for up to four (4) days after arriving at your destination.
Recommended Frequency:
