Angelini's Melatopure is a dietary supplement with melatonin and vitamin B6 that contributes to falling asleep and helps the normal functioning of the nervous system. Directions for Use: 1. Take one tablet daily. 2. To promote sleep, consume one to two hours before bedtime. 3. For best results, take the tablet at the same time each day. 4. Continue taking one tablet before bed for several nights following your arrival to minimize jet lag effects.
