Directions for Use:

3. Add the powder to 190ml (6.5 fl oz) of cold or room temperature water or milk.
4. Close the lid of the shaker cup or bottle tightly. 5. Shake vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved. 6. Once mixed, consume immediately or within 1 hour. 7. Discard any unused portion after 1 hour.
