Fruits & Fibers, rich in fiber, acts effectively and smoothly: rhubarb helps maintain a regular intestinal transit, tamarind is recognized for favoring intestinal transit by a mechanical action and fig helps regulate intestinal rhythm. This product is not a treat but a food supplement based on rhubarb, tamarind and fig that have a significant physiological action in intestinal transit. Take 1 bucket at night with a large glass of water. Depending on your personal sensitivity, the ideal dose can vary between 1/2 and 2 cubes. Do not give to children under 12 years of age. Do not use in case of pregnancy or lactation without medical advice. Do not use for an extended period without the advice of a specialist. Do not exceed the recommended daily consumption dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of younger children. Suitable for vegetarians. Directions for Use: 1. Take one cube in the evening.

Ingredients: Figs (40%), dates (25%), rhubarb (15%), tamarind (10%), acacia gum, senna extract (standardized to contain 6% sennosides), licorice root extract, aniseed essential oil. WARNINGS: This product contains senna, a stimulant laxative. Do not use for more than two weeks without consulting a healthcare professional. Prolonged use can lead to dependence and electrolyte imbalance. Not recommended for children under 12, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals with intestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis), appendicitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, or fecal impaction. May cause abdominal discomfort, cramps, or diarrhea. Drink plenty of fluids while using this product. If you experience severe abdominal pain, rectal bleeding, or no bowel movement after use, discontinue use and consult a doctor immediately. This product may interact with certain medications, such as diuretics and heart medications. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if you are taking any other medications. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
