Directions for Use: 1. Place one Manasul Tea Sachet in a cup. 2. Pour boiling water (approximately 200ml) over the sachet. 3. Allow the tea to steep for 5-10 minutes. 4. Remove the sachet and drink the tea.


Recommended Frequency: Start with one cup of Manasul Tea in the evening. Adjust the frequency as needed, but do not exceed more than one cup per day unless directed by a healthcare professional. It's important to listen to your body and adjust accordingly.

WARNINGS: This product contains senna, which is a stimulant laxative. Prolonged use or overuse of stimulant laxatives can lead to dependence, electrolyte imbalances, and digestive issues. This product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 12, or individuals with intestinal obstructions, inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis), appendicitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, or fecal impaction. Consult with a healthcare professional before using this product if you have any underlying health conditions or are taking any medications, especially heart medications, diuretics, or corticosteroids. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or rectal bleeding. This product is intended for occasional use only and should not be used for more than 7 consecutive days. Excessive consumption may produce abdominal discomfort and/or a laxative effect.
