Directions for use: 1. Measure 30g of Drasanvi Whey Protein Cookies & Cream powder using the provided scoop (3/4 of the scoop). 2. Pour 250-300ml of water or semi-skimmed milk into a shaker bottle or glass. 3. Add the measured powder to the liquid. 4. Close the shaker bottle securely or stir vigorously with a spoon until the powder is completely dissolved and there are no lumps. 5. Consume immediately.
