Here's how to properly apply your broad spectrum SPF 50 sunscreen: Begin with clean, dry skin.
Dispense a generous amount into your palm – about a teaspoon for your face and neck alone. Don't skimp! Applying too little significantly reduces the SPF protection.
Gently massage the cream evenly over all exposed areas, including your ears, the back of your neck, and any other skin not covered by clothing.
Pay special attention to areas prone to sunburn, like your nose, forehead, and shoulders.
Allow the sunscreen to absorb fully for about 15-20 minutes before heading outdoors. This allows it to bind to your skin.
Reapply every two hours, or immediately after swimming, sweating heavily, or towel drying. Reapplication is crucial!
