Directions for use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of VITIS Aloe and Apple Toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Brush all tooth surfaces gently for at least two minutes, using circular motions.
3. Pay special attention to the gum line and areas that are difficult to reach. 4. Spit out the excess toothpaste after brushing. 5. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Recommended frequency: Brush your teeth with VITIS Aloe and Apple Toothpaste at least twice a day, ideally after every meal, or as directed by your dentist or dental hygienist.
Additional tips: For optimal oral hygiene, use dental floss or interdental brushes daily to clean between your teeth.
