Directions for Use:


1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Parodontax Herbal Original Mint and Ginger toothpaste onto your toothbrush.


2. Brush your teeth gently in a circular motion, ensuring you clean all surfaces of each tooth.


3. Pay particular attention to the gum line, brushing from the gum towards the tooth to help remove plaque and prevent gum bleeding.


4. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
