Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth twice a day, every morning and every night, for optimal oral hygiene.
Additional Tips: 1. Supervise children under six years of age to ensure they use the correct amount of toothpaste and do not swallow it. 2. For children under three years of age, consult a dentist or doctor. 3. Replace the toothbrush every three months or sooner if the bristles are frayed. 4.
