Directions for use:

1. Wet the toothbrush head with water.

2. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the bristles.

3. Gently brush all tooth surfaces for at least two minutes, using small circular motions and short back-and-forth strokes. Pay attention to the gum line, outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of each tooth.

4. Use the articulated neck to allow the brush head to tilt and reach difficult areas.

5. After brushing, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water and spit out the excess toothpaste.

6. Rinse the toothbrush thoroughly under running water and allow it to air dry upright in a holder.

7. Replace the protective cap after each use to maintain hygiene.

Recommended frequency:

Brush your teeth at least twice a day, ideally after every meal, or as recommended by your dentist or dental hygienist.
