Lean over the sink and place the nozzle in your mouth before turning on the irrigator. 6. Direct the stream of water along the gumline and between teeth, pausing briefly at each interdental space. 7. Use a low pressure setting initially and gradually increase as needed. 8. Once finished, empty the reservoir and detach the nozzle. 9. Rinse the nozzle thoroughly under running water.
