Directions for Use: 1. Measure 15ml of PHB Chlorhexidine Mouthwash. 2. Rinse thoroughly for 30 seconds, ensuring the mouthwash reaches all areas of your mouth. 3. Do not swallow. 4. Do not rinse with water after use. 5. Spit out the mouthwash after rinsing.
