Directions for Use:

1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly with soap and water. 2. Remove the contact lens from its blister pack. 3. Place the lens on the tip of your index finger. Ensure the lens is right-side out (it should look like a tiny bowl, not a saucer with a lip). 4. Use your free hand to gently pull up your upper eyelid and hold it against your brow bone. 5. Use the middle finger of your dominant hand to pull down your lower eyelid. 6. Look straight ahead and slowly bring the lens towards your eye. 7. Gently place the lens on the colored part of your eye (iris). 8. Slowly release your eyelids and blink a few times. 9. Repeat the process for the other eye.

Recommended Frequency:

These are monthly replacement lenses. Replace each lens with a fresh one after 30 days of wear, even if you don't wear them every day. Do not exceed the recommended wearing time.

Additional Tips:

1. Always follow your eye care professional's instructions regarding wear schedule and lens care. 2. Use a recommended lens care solution specifically designed for monthly lenses. 3. Never use tap water to rinse your lenses or lens case. 4. Replace your lens case regularly, typically every 3 months. 5. Remove your lenses immediately and consult your eye care professional if you experience any redness, pain, or blurry vision. 6. While these lenses offer UV protection, they do not completely shield your eyes from UV radiation. Continue to use protective eyewear such as sunglasses. 7. Do not reuse the solution in your lens case. Always discard used solution and refill with fresh solution each time you store your lenses. 8. If a lens feels uncomfortable or dislodges, remove it, rinse it with fresh lens solution, and reinsert it. If discomfort persists, discontinue use and consult your eye care professional.
