Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Unwrap the tampon and locate the outer tube's anti-slip grip. 3. Pull the smaller, inner tube out slightly until it clicks into place. 4. Hold the applicator by the grip and gently insert the rounded tip of the applicator into the vaginal opening, aiming slightly towards the lower back. 5. Once the applicator is fully inserted, push the smaller inner tube completely into the outer tube using your index finger until it clicks again. This will place the tampon inside. 6. Carefully remove the applicator and wrap it in the wrapper or toilet paper and dispose of it in a bin. Do not flush the applicator down the toilet. 7. Wash your hands again.

Recommended Frequency: Change your tampon every 4-8 hours, or more frequently if needed. Never wear a tampon for longer than 8 hours.

Additional Tips: Use the lowest absorbency needed for your flow. For lighter days, try TAMPAX Pearl Compak Lite or Regular. If you feel any resistance during insertion, or if removal is uncomfortable, you may not have inserted the tampon correctly. Try again with a fresh tampon. If you experience any discomfort, irritation, or other issues, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
