Instructions for Use: 1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Remove the cap from the Accu-Chek Fastclix lancing device. 3. Insert a new Accu-Chek Fastclix Lancet drum into the device until it clicks into place. 4. Twist and remove the protective disk from the lancet drum. 5. Replace the cap on the lancing device. 6. Select your desired penetration depth setting using the side dial. 7. Place the lancing device against the chosen fingertip and press the release button. 8. Remove the lancing device from your finger. 9. Gently squeeze your fingertip to obtain a blood drop. 10. After use, twist off the cap and remove the used lancet drum. Dispose of the used lancet drum safely in a sharps container. Replace the cap on the lancing device.
Recommended Frequency: As needed for blood glucose testing. Frequency depends on individual diabetes management plan. Consult with your healthcare professional for personalized guidance.
Additional Tips: For more comfortable lancing, choose a lower penetration depth setting and gradually increase as needed.
Rotate lancing sites regularly to avoid skin irritation or calluses.
