Ingredients

Directions for Use:
1. Blow your nose gently to clear any loose mucus. 2. Wash your hands thoroughly. 3. Tilt your head slightly forward over a sink. 4. Gently insert the nozzle of the Betafar Physiological Saline bottle into one nostril. 5. Press the bottle firmly and briefly to deliver the saline solution into your nostril. 6. Allow the solution to flow through your nasal passages and out the other nostril or your mouth. 7. Repeat steps 4-6 for the other nostril. 8. Gently blow your nose again to remove any remaining solution and mucus. 9. Rinse the nozzle with clean water after each use and replace the cap.
Recommended Frequency:
Use as needed to relieve nasal congestion, typically 1-4 times per day. For allergies or colds, you may use it more frequently as directed by a healthcare professional.
Additional Tips:
For infants and young children, use with caution and under the supervision of an adult. Do not share the bottle with others to prevent the spread of infection.
