How to Use: 1. Relax for 5 minutes before taking a measurement. Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, exercising, and bathing for 30 minutes before taking a measurement. 2. Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor and your back supported. Place your arm on a table so that the cuff will be at the same level as your heart. 3. Remove tight-fitting clothing from your upper arm. 4. Position the Intelli Wrap Cuff on your upper arm, ensuring the bottom edge of the cuff is 1-2 cm above your elbow. The artery mark on the cuff should be positioned over the brachial artery (inside of your arm). 5. Secure the cuff so that it is snug but not too tight. You should be able to insert two fingers under the cuff. 6. Press the "START/STOP" button to begin the measurement. Remain still and do not talk during the measurement. 7. The monitor will inflate the cuff and display your blood pressure and pulse rate. 8. If AFib (Atrial Fibrillation) is detected, the AFib indicator will appear on the display. Consult your healthcare professional for further evaluation. 9. Record your readings in a log or share them with your doctor. 10. Press the "START/STOP" button again to turn off the monitor.
