Directions for Use: 1. Ensure hands are clean and dry. 2. Roll the earplug between your palms to soften and warm the rubber slightly. 3. Gently pull your earlobe upwards and outwards to straighten the ear canal. 4. Insert the earplug into the ear canal, ensuring a snug but comfortable fit. Do not push the earplug too deeply. 5. Repeat for the other ear. 6. After use, gently remove the earplugs by pulling on the outer edge. 7. Wash the earplugs with mild soap and water, and allow to air dry completely before storing.

Recommended Frequency: Use as needed when bathing, showering, swimming, or engaging in water sports (excluding scuba diving). Can also be used to protect against noise, wind, dust, sand, and excessive moisture.

Additional Tips: Do not use these earplugs for scuba diving. Do not force the earplugs too deep into the ear canal. If you experience any discomfort, remove the earplugs and consult a doctor.
