Directions for Use: 1. Clean and dry the wound area thoroughly. 2. Remove the protective backing from the dressing, being careful not to touch the adhesive side. 3. Center the absorbent pad over the wound. 4. Smooth the adhesive edges down firmly onto the surrounding skin. 5. Avoid stretching the dressing during application.
Recommended Frequency: Change the dressing every one to several days, depending on the wound's condition and the skin's health. Monitor the wound regularly. If the dressing becomes saturated or soiled, change it immediately.
Additional Tips: For optimal adhesion, ensure the skin is clean, dry, and free of lotions or oils.
Do not reuse the dressing. Discard after use.
If irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
Leukoplast T Plus Dressings are designed for smaller, less invasive wounds. For larger or deeper wounds, consult a healthcare professional.
