Instructions for use: 1. Hot application: Submerge the pack in boiling water for approximately 5-10 minutes. Remove with tongs or a similar utensil. Wrap in a thin towel to avoid direct contact with skin and prevent burns. 2. Cold application: Place the pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Wrap in a thin towel before applying to the affected area. 3. Apply the pack to the desired area for 15-20 minutes at a time.
Recommended frequency: Use as needed up to 3-4 times per day. Allow a cooling period of at least 20 minutes between applications.
Additional tips: 1. Do not apply the pack to broken skin or sensitive areas. 2. If you experience any discomfort, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. 3. Always test the temperature of the pack before applying to ensure it is not too hot or too cold. 4. Do not overheat or overcool the pack. 5. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. 6. Clean the pack with a damp cloth as needed. Do not immerse in water after heating or cooling unless reheating for hot application.
