Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Unwrap the applicator and remove the plastic wrapper. 3. Locate the grip at the bottom of the applicator and pull the smaller, inner tube slightly downwards until it clicks into place. 4. Sitting or standing in a comfortable position, gently insert the applicator into the vagina, aiming slightly towards the lower back. 5. Push the inner tube completely into the outer tube until your fingers touch the grip. This places the tampon at the correct depth. 6. Carefully remove the applicator. 7. Wash your hands again. If you feel any discomfort or resistance, you may not have inserted the tampon correctly. Remove it and try again with a fresh tampon.

Recommended Frequency: Change your tampon every 4-8 hours, or more frequently if needed. Never wear a tampon for longer than 8 hours. Use the lowest absorbency needed for your flow.

Additional Tips: For the first few times, using a tampon may feel slightly awkward. Relax and take your time. Do not flush applicators down the toilet. Wrap them in toilet paper and dispose of them in a bin. Using a tampon during your period should not be painful. If you experience discomfort, remove the tampon and consult a healthcare professional. Choose the correct absorbency for your flow. Super Plus absorbency is designed for very heavy flow days. If leakage occurs before 4 hours, you may need a higher absorbency. If your tampon is difficult to remove after several hours, it may be too dry. Try a lower absorbency next time. Always use the lowest absorbency that meets your needs. Be aware of the risks of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) and follow the instructions carefully.
