How to Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. 2. Remove the Tampax Pearl Compak tampon from its wrapper by twisting open the wrapper at the marked end. 3. Extend the tampon by pulling the inner tube until it clicks into place. You should hear a distinct click. 4. Find a comfortable position. You can stand with one leg raised, sit on the toilet, or squat. 5. Hold the tampon applicator with your thumb and middle finger at the grip. 6. Gently insert the rounded tip of the applicator into your vagina at a slight upward angle towards your lower back. 7. Continue inserting the applicator until your fingers touch your body. 8. Push the inner tube completely into the outer tube with your index finger. This releases the tampon. 9. Gently remove both the inner and outer tubes of the applicator. The withdrawal cord should be hanging outside your body. 10. Dispose of the applicator in a wastebasket. Do not flush the applicator down the toilet. 11. Wash your hands again.

Recommended Frequency: Change your tampon every 4-8 hours, or more often if needed, depending on your flow. Never wear a tampon for longer than 8 hours to reduce the risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS).
