Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Unwrap the tampon and locate the smaller, inner tube of the applicator and the larger, outer tube. 3. Hold the tampon at the middle grip zone between the inner and outer tubes with your thumb and middle finger. 4. Gently insert the rounded tip of the applicator into the vaginal opening, aiming slightly towards your lower back. 5. Once the applicator is comfortably inserted, push the inner tube completely into the outer tube using your index finger. This will release the tampon inside. 6. Carefully remove the applicator. 7. Wash your hands again.

Recommended Frequency: Change your tampon every 4 to 8 hours. Do not use a tampon for more than 8 hours. Choose the lowest absorbency needed for your flow. Superplus absorbency is recommended for very heavy flow.
