Insert the folded cup into the vagina, aiming towards the tailbone. 6. Once inside, rotate the cup slightly to ensure it opens fully and creates a seal. 7. To remove, locate the stem, pinch the base of the cup to break the seal, and gently pull it out. 8. Empty the contents into the toilet, rinse the cup with water, and reinsert. If you are using the applicator: Place the folded cup inside the applicator. Insert the applicator into the vagina similar to a tampon. Push the plunger to release the cup. Remove the applicator.

Recommended frequency: The Enna Cycle menstrual cup can be worn for up to 12 hours. Empty and rinse the cup at least twice a day, or more frequently if needed, depending on your flow. Always empty the cup before going to sleep and upon waking.

Additional tips: Practice makes perfect. It may take a few cycles to get used to inserting and removing the cup. Lubricant can be used to ease insertion.
