Okay, so I've been taking these for a few weeks now and... well, I think they're actually doing something? I wasn't expecting miracles, to be honest, but I feel less bloated and my clothes are fitting a little better. I'm also trying to eat better and exercise, so it's probably a combination of things, but yeah, I'm happy with the results so far.
