I switched from another brand's weight management pills to these a month ago. I've noticed a definite difference in my energy levels throughout the day. I'm also less hungry between meals. I've lost about 4 pounds so far, which is a good start. Will keep using them.

Okay, so I've been taking these for about a month now. I take two capsules with a big glass of water before lunch and dinner, exactly as the instructions say. I think the price is reasonable considering the amount you get and if you stick to it, you see some results. Not a miracle worker, but definitely helps.
