I used to use SlimFast shakes, but this one tastes much better. The red fruit flavor is actually quite pleasant. My only complaint is that it doesn't mix as easily; I get some clumps sometimes. Still, a good alternative.

My only minor complaint is the scoop size – it's a bit awkward to get the powder out of the container without making a mess.
