Antes tomaba unas pastillas de otra marca, pero me daban dolor de cabeza. Con estas ampollas, de momento, genial. Las tomo por la mañana antes de desayunar y me dan energía para todo el día. Además, noto que no tengo tanta ansiedad por picar entre horas.
