Una amiga del gym me dijo que esto ayudaba a controlar el apetito. Es la primera vez que tomo algo así. Llevo una semana y la verdad es que sí noto que no tengo tanta ansiedad por picar entre horas. No sé si será placebo o no, pero de momento estoy contenta. A ver si sigo viendo resultados.
