Me lo recomendó mi dermatólogo para mejorar el aspecto de la piel antes del verano. Llevo un mes tomándolo y noto la piel más luminosa y con mejor aspecto. No sé si es sugestión pero creo que me estoy bronceando más rápido este año. No me ha dado ningún efecto secundario así que genial. Repetiré seguro.
