Directions for Use: 1. Take one tablet daily.

  • I spent ages comparing different selenium and zinc supplements online before settling on this one. I liked the Pharma Nord brand reputation and the specific formulation seemed good. I've been taking it for a few weeks now and I do feel like my skin is looking a bit clearer and my nails are stronger. It's hard to say for sure if it's just the supplement, but I'm happy with it so far. Definitely worth trying if you're looking to boost your skin and hair health from the inside out.
