Directions for Use:


1. Take one Zzzquil Natura Melatonin Mango & Banana gummy.
2. Consume the gummy thirty minutes before your intended bedtime.
3. Allow the gummy to dissolve in your mouth. Do not chew excessively.


Recommended Frequency:


Take one gummy daily, approximately 30 minutes before going to bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
