Directions for Use: 1. Chew one gummy 30 minutes before bedtime. 2. Do not exceed the recommended dose. 3. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age.


Recommended Frequency: Take one gummy daily, 30 minutes before bedtime, as needed.

WARNINGS: This product contains melatonin, a hormone that regulates sleep. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Consult your doctor before using this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication (especially sedatives, antidepressants, or blood thinners), have an autoimmune condition, a seizure disorder, or a diagnosed sleep disorder. May cause drowsiness; do not drive or operate machinery after taking. Not for use by children under 18 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Individual results may vary. Store in a cool, dry place.
