Directions for Use:


1. Children 6 years and older: Take one gummy 30 minutes before bedtime.
2. Chew gummy thoroughly before swallowing. 3. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.


Recommended Frequency:


Take one gummy daily, 30 minutes before bedtime, as needed.


Additional Tips:


1. Establish a consistent sleep schedule, including regular bedtimes and wake-up times, even on weekends, to help regulate your child's natural sleep-wake cycle. 2. Create a relaxing bedtime routine for your child, such as a warm bath, reading a book, or quiet playtime. 3. Make sure your child's bedroom is dark, quiet, and cool to promote a comfortable sleep environment. 4. Limit screen time (TV, computers, tablets, phones) at least one hour before bed, as the blue light emitted from these devices can interfere with sleep. 5. Avoid giving your child large meals or sugary drinks close to bedtime. 6. Consult a healthcare professional if sleep difficulties persist.

Ingredients: Sucrose, Glucose Syrup, Pectin, Citric Acid, Natural Flavors, Vegetable Oil (for anti-sticking), Natural Color (from fruit and/or vegetable juice), Melatonin. WARNINGS: This product is intended for children aged 4 and older. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Consult a pediatrician before use, especially if the child has any underlying medical conditions, is taking other medications, or is using other sleep aids. May cause drowsiness; do not give to children who need to operate machinery or engage in activities requiring alertness. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
