My doctor actually suggested I try this specific brand of melatonin spray, saying the B6 would help too. I was skeptical, I've tried melatonin pills before and they either do nothing or make me groggy. This is different. I do two sprays under my tongue about 30 mins before bed. It doesn't knock me out, but I definitely feel calmer and fall asleep easier. I've been using it for about two weeks now and I'm sleeping much better.
