Pues... la verdad es que me lo recomendó una amiga porque dice que le ayuda un montón con el estrés y para dormir mejor. A ver, llevo solo dos semanas tomándolo, y sí noto que me relaja un poco por la noche... no sé si es placebo o qué, pero parece que funciona.

I've been taking these magnesium capsules for about a month now, and I've definitely noticed a difference in my sleep quality. Before, I would toss and turn for ages before finally drifting off, and even then, I'd wake up multiple times during the night. Now, I fall asleep much faster and stay asleep longer. I also feel a bit less stressed during the day, which is a nice bonus.
