Sedivitax Advanced capsules have been studied to promote falling asleep thanks to Passionflower, while Valerian contributes to good quality sleep. In addition, the product can also be taken during the day to promote relaxation, thanks to the synergy of Lemon Balm, Passionflower and Valerian, and the reduction of tension, restlessness and irritability, thanks to Lemon Balm. Its formulation is completed with Hawthorn. Being relaxed during the day helps prepare the body for rest at night. The extracts present in the product are obtained through an exclusive technological extraction process, called LPME (Liquid-Phase Microextraction), developed by Aboca research.

How to use:
It is recommended to take: 2 or 3 capsules at night to facilitate sleep and improve its quality; if necessary, 1 capsule in the morning to promote relaxation during the day. Its effect varies depending on individual sensitivity, so it is advisable to start taking the minimum daily dose and increase it based on your own needs.

  • I bought these after a friend kept raving about them. They do seem to help me wind down a bit before bed, which is great. I'm not sure if it's a placebo effect or not, but I'm sleeping a bit better. The only slight downside is they can leave a bit of a weird aftertaste, but it's not a dealbreaker.
