Directions for Use: 1. Shake the bottle well before each use. 2. Using the dropper provided, administer 0.5 ml (equivalent to 0.5 mg of melatonin) directly into the child's mouth or mix it with a small amount of water or other beverage.
3. Administer 30 minutes before bedtime.


Recommended Frequency: Use daily as needed to support healthy sleep patterns. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
